Iron Fortress Blocking

It follows the 8 Blocks System...

1. Right Outward Block with left palm over the right bicep

2. Left Outward Block with right palm over the left bicep

3. Right Inward Block - left hand starts in front of right at mid forearm of the right arm in a knife hand and does a outward knife hand to the left as the right arm comes across for the block

4. Left Inward Block with right knife hand

5. Right Upward Block with left downward palm (fingers pointing to the right)

6. Left Upward Block with right downward palm

7. Right Downward Block with left palm at right shoulder (butterfly block)

8. Left Downward Block with right palm at the left shoulder
