From front position, right foot steps into a horse stance with hands open and arms crossed

1. Double downward knife hand blocks

2. Double outward ridge hand blocks followed with double downward knife hand blocks

3. Double outward leopard paw blocks (the palms are face away from you)

4. With hands still in leopard paws, bring forearms together

5. Double leopard paws downward block

6. Left fist over right fist on right side, turn to your left with double tiger claws (right hand is high and left hand is low)

7. Right fist over left fist on left side, turn to you right with double tiger claws (left hand is high and right hand is low)

8. Left cross body shuto followed by a right cross body shuto (both in front with arms crossing), double outward monkey hooks

9. Bridged right outward ridge hand block, left upward knife hand block and a right downward palm block, circle hands outward, hands meet in center with wrists touching and palms facing out (left hand is on top) double palms

10. Bridged left outward ridge hand block, right upward knife hand block and a left downward palm block, circle hands outward, hands meet in center with wrists touching and palms facing out (right hand is on top) double palms

Back of the hands come together, roll hands down untwisting them, bring hands back to elbow position as right foot meets the left, hands come to rest at your sides.
